Please read the following warranty information carefully before using your VIBE System.
At The VIBE, our mission is to design, develop, and deliver innovative, high-quality wellness technologies that support a healthier, more balanced life. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and are pleased to offer the following Limited Warranty with your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
VIBE Pad & Platform

The VIBE pad and VIBE-manufactured components are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

After the 3-year warranty period, customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts and labor required for repairs.
Third-Party Components

Electronic components not manufactured by The VIBE — including but not limited to tablets, headphones, amplifiers, and other external electronics — are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1 year.

Customers must register and complete warranty cards for third-party components directly with their respective manufacturers upon receipt.

Warranty claims for third-party components must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects

Workmanship issues under normal and intended use

Approved component replacements within the warranty period
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Accessories and third-party add-ons

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

All warranty service:

Requires prior approval and authorization from The VIBE

Begins with remote troubleshooting via video conference

Replacement parts will be shipped once the issue has been verified
If a return is required:

The customer is responsible for packing the product in its original packaging or approved alternative packaging

All shipping and freight charges (both inbound and outbound) are the responsibility of the customer
General Terms & Limitations

This warranty is valid only when the product is used in accordance with the official instruction manual.

All repairs must be performed by authorized VIBE technicians.

The warranty applies only to the VIBE pad and VIBE-manufactured components.

The VIBE is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, inconvenience, or personal or commercial losses resulting from equipment failure.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
