VIBE Systems Limited Warranty

Please read the following warranty information carefully before using your VIBE System.

At The VIBE, our mission is to design, develop, and deliver innovative, high-quality wellness technologies that support a healthier, more balanced life. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and are pleased to offer the following Limited Warranty with your purchase.


Warranty Coverage

VIBE Pad & Platform

  • The VIBE pad and VIBE-manufactured components are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • After the 3-year warranty period, customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts and labor required for repairs.

Third-Party Components

  • Electronic components not manufactured by The VIBE — including but not limited to tablets, headphones, amplifiers, and other external electronics — are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1 year.

  • Customers must register and complete warranty cards for third-party components directly with their respective manufacturers upon receipt.

  • Warranty claims for third-party components must be handled directly with the manufacturer.


What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Workmanship issues under normal and intended use

  • Approved component replacements within the warranty period


What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Accessories and third-party add-ons

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality


Warranty Service Process

If your VIBE System requires service or repair, please contact us at:

All warranty service:

  • Requires prior approval and authorization from The VIBE

  • Begins with remote troubleshooting via video conference

  • Replacement parts will be shipped once the issue has been verified

If a return is required:

  • The customer is responsible for packing the product in its original packaging or approved alternative packaging

  • All shipping and freight charges (both inbound and outbound) are the responsibility of the customer


General Terms & Limitations

  • This warranty is valid only when the product is used in accordance with the official instruction manual.

  • All repairs must be performed by authorized VIBE technicians.

  • The warranty applies only to the VIBE pad and VIBE-manufactured components.

  • The VIBE is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, inconvenience, or personal or commercial losses resulting from equipment failure.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
